Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on standard products, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Custom Orders
Seats and upholstery made to order (including custom stitching, embroidery, or fabric choices) are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item (for example, wrong size or model), please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or repair.
