By accessing and purchasing from Van Seats Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time.

2. Products & Orders

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are correct at the time of publishing but may change without notice.

  • Custom-made products (including upholstery, stitching, and embroidery) are non-refundable once production has started.

3. Payments

  • Payments must be made in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other listed payment methods at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across the UK & Northern Ireland.

  • Delivery times vary depending on product availability. Estimated times will be shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

  • Custom orders are non-returnable unless faulty.

6. Warranty

  • Seats and upholstery come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty does not cover wear & tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

7. Liability

  • Van Seats Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

  • Installation of seats and swivel bases must follow safety standards. We are not liable for improper fitting carried out by third parties.
