Processing Time

  • Orders for in-stock items are dispatched within 2–3 working days.

  • Custom upholstery and made-to-order seats may take 2–4 weeks depending on production.

Delivery Areas

  • We deliver across the UK & Northern Ireland.

  • For international shipping enquiries, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Methods

  • Smaller items are shipped by courier (tracked delivery).

  • Large or heavy items (seats, swivel bases, seat conversions) are shipped on a pallet service for safe transit.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 working days once dispatched.

  • Pallet deliveries may take slightly longer depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on item size/weight and destination.

  • Orders over £3500 may qualify for free delivery (see promotional offers at checkout).

Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Damaged Deliveries

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, note it with the courier and contact us immediately with photos.
